Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Relabs ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the RPA Watch platform at rpawatch.com, including any related services, features, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

RPA Watch is a monitoring and management platform for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The Service allows you to:

  • Monitor and track RPA process executions across your organization
  • View analytics and dashboards for automation performance
  • Manage robots, schedules, and process configurations
  • Collaborate with team members through multi-tenant workspaces
  • Integrate with third-party RPA tools via APIs

3. Accounts & Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
  • Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period with prior notice.

4. Subscription & Billing

RPA Watch offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription.

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of payment for consideration.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for competitive benchmarking or to build a competing product
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through automated means
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

  • Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your RPA process data, configurations, or other content.
  • License to Us: You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Data Portability: You may export your data at any time through the Service's available export features or by contacting support.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Relabs and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

We welcome feedback and suggestions about the Service. By providing feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and incorporate it into the Service without obligation to you.

8. API Usage

If you access the Service through our API, the following additional terms apply:

  • API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code
  • API usage is subject to rate limits as defined in your subscription plan
  • We may modify API endpoints with reasonable advance notice
  • Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or suspension

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
  • Unplanned outages or infrastructure issues
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from Service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relabs and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of errors or security vulnerabilities.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

  • By You: Cancel your subscription and delete your account through the platform settings or by contacting support.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law, with notice when reasonably possible.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
