Dashboard Overview
Reading the dashboard: summary cards, job statistics, and robot usage charts
The Dashboard provides a centralized view of the health and performance of your RPA operations.
It displays execution outcomes, process activity, and robot usage within the currently selected scope.
The dashboard enables users to quickly assess system status, identify failures or partial successes, and monitor operational trends over time.
Accessing the Dashboard
To open the dashboard, click Dashboard in the sidebar.
The data displayed is automatically filtered based on your role and selected context:

| Tenant Admin | All data across all accounts (with account filtering) |
| Consultant | Assigned processes and their executions |
| Account Admin | All data within their account |
| Account User | Assigned processes and their executions |
Summary Cards

| Total Runs | Total number of process runs in the selected scope |
| Successful | Number of successful processes in the selected scope |
| Failed | Number of failed processes in the selected scope |
| Partial Success | Number of partially successful processes in the selected scope |
| Active Flows | Number of active process definitions in the selected scope |
Process Logs
The job statistics section shows a time-series chart of job outcomes:
- Green — Successful jobs
- Red — Failed jobs
- Yellow — Partial success
- Gray — Cancelled jobs
You can adjust the time range to see trends over days, weeks, or months.
Robot Usage
The robot usage section shows which robots are most active:
- Robot name and type
- Number of jobs executed
- Success/failure ratio per robot
- Last activity timestamp
This helps identify overloaded robots or robots that consistently fail.
Recent Porcesses
A table of the most recent jobs with:
- Process name
- Status (with color indicator)
- Start time and duration
- Robot name
- Quick link to the full process detail
