What is RPA Watch?

RPA Watch is a monitoring and management platform for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). It gives your organization a single place to track every automated flow, every execution, and every robot — regardless of which RPA tool you use.

The Problem

Most RPA teams run dozens or hundreds of automated flows across different tools, departments, and sometimes different companies. Keeping track of what ran, when it ran, whether it succeeded, and who is responsible becomes increasingly difficult as you scale.

How RPA Watch Helps

RPA Watch connects to your existing RPA tools and pulls execution data into a unified dashboard. You can also push data via a simple API, making it compatible with any automation tool — even custom scripts.

Unified Monitoring

See all your flows, runs, robots, and schedules in one place. Filter by status, date range, flow, or robot. Drill into individual runs to see record-level details and attached files.

Multi-Tenant Organization

Structure your organization with tenants (companies) and accounts (departments or clients). Each account has its own flows, API keys, and members — completely isolated from others.

Role-Based Access

Five roles — from account_user to tenant_admin — let you control exactly who sees what. Consultants get cross-account access to assigned flows without seeing anything else.

Automatic Sync

Connect your RPA tool once, and RPA Watch syncs flows, robots, jobs, and schedules every 15 minutes automatically. No manual data entry required.

Ingest API

For tools without a built-in integration, use the Ingest API to report run results programmatically. Send a single API call when your flow finishes, and the data appears in your dashboard.

Supported RPA Tools

| Robomotion | Full sync (flows, robots, jobs, schedules) | Available |

| UiPath (Cloud & On-Premise) | Full sync (processes, robots, jobs, schedules) | Available |

Even for tools without a native integration, the Ingest API lets you report execution data from any source.
